Q: How much of my own design? How many of sample charge? Is possible refund once placing mass production?
A: 1. A) Molding and sample fee should depend your design.
2. B) Lead time 5 days for sample mold, 10 days for mass production mold
3. C) Sample charge fee return once place order. Refund molding fee base on your orders.
4. D) Please notice that all samples we send out not include shipping fee. Hope your understanding!
Q: How long does it take to manufacture once an order has been placed?
A:Order production time depends on the order requirements, such as printing a logo on a silicone bag, the time to print the logo is usually about 5 days. For example, custom packaging time is usually around 5-9 days.
Q: Can I get sample ?
A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But sample is chargeable for custom designs which can be refunded when order is up to certain quantity.
Q: How long is the sample Lead-time?
A: For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days mainly depend on your exact designs.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes 12-15 days for MOQ.
